HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — A man is facing charges after the police said he attacked another man while trying to steal his car Monday morning in Harrisburg.
Harrisburg police were called around 2:40 a.m. to the 500 block of South 29th Street in response to a reported active robbery involving a dog attack.
