DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Members of law enforcement and the military honored a fallen Dauphin County police officer as he was returned to the Midstate on Monday.
Lower Paxton Township Police Patrolman First Class Douglas Fisher died in South Carolina last month after a medical emergency.
He was there for Army Reserve training. He was a colonel in the reserves, and he also served on active duty in the military.
