LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – The West Shore School District welcomed students back to the classroom Tuesday morning. And for some students, the year began differently due to ongoing construction.
Allen Middle School is in the middle of a multi-year renovation project. Because of that, eighth graders are beginning their school year at Cedar Cliff High School. The Allen Academy is a dedicated wing on the first floor of the high school. Students also have a dedicated entrance, in an effort to give them a middle school experience.
