HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHMT) — Leaders are calling special attention to the speed limit on one busy street, and the timing is not a coincidence.
Front Street along the river in Harrisburg now has radar-equipped speed-limit signs, warning drivers to slow down to 35 miles per hour.

The roadway is where 55-year-old Holly Engelman was struck by a car and killed earlier this month while trying to cross Front Street at Vaughn Street in uptown Harrisburg.
“My god, someone was killed,” Mayor Wanda Williams said. “That’s so tragic. Didn’t need to happen. People need to be aware of their speed when they’re coming down Front Street.”…
