UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, PA — A man was arrested after allegedly fleeing from police while intoxicated at a South Market Street business.
Elin Roman, 39, of Mechanicsburg, was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and similar misconduct, harassment, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, and driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.
