A man was hospitalized and another person was detained after a shooting outside a Pennsylvania Petco prompted a lockdown Thursday afternoon, Sept. 17, authorities said.
Swatara Township police were called to the parking lot of the Petco at 4621 High Pointe Boulevard at 12:12 p.m. for a reported shooting.
