STEELTON, Pa. — Steelton Police have charged a Lancaster County man with scattering dead animals and other objects near Masonic Halls.
According to police, Joshua Albert Reisinger, 37, of Mountville, was charged with loitering and prowling, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, harassment, scattering rubbish and multiple traffic offenses.
Steelton Police investigated multiple incidents of objects being left at or near the Paxton Lodge No. 16 Masonic Hall, along North Harrisburg Street, between Aug. 15 and Sept. 20. Items found throughout the investigation included balloons, spray-painted shoes, a doll bust, playing cards, feathers, candles, hair, written messages and riddles and dead animals, including a cat, crow, squirrel and raccoon…
