STEELTON, Pa. (WHTM) — A Mountville man is facing multiple charges in relation to a string of “suspicious and concerning” incidents at Masonic Lodges across the Midstate area.
Joshua Albert Reisinger, 37, is facing charges of terroristic threats, harassment, loitering and prowling at nighttime, disorderly conduct and scattering rubbish, along with driving-related charges in relation to a Sunday police stop in Steelton where he was taken into custody.

Steelton police said that it had been investigating “multiple incidents involving unusual objects, written messages and deceased animals being intentionally left” at or in the area of the Paxton Lodge No. 16 Masonic Hall on Harrisburg Street between Aug. 15 and Sept. 20.
Per a criminal complaint, police were initially contacted on Aug. 22 for a report of “a dead cat” and other items, including a red King of Diamonds playing card, a feather and a note containing profanity, left at the door of the lodge.
