PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– A Perry County man accused of attacking an elderly woman who later died from her injuries is expected to enter his plea in court on Thursday.
Zachary Conroy, 43, was charged with murder following an incident on July 6, 2026, in which he allegedly assaulted a 71-year-old woman outside a home in Marysville before barricading himself inside the home.

Conroy engaged with police in an hours-long standoff before he was arrested. He is currently incarcerated at Perry County Prison.
