YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Charges against a contractor accused of taking money from customers and not completing work were dismissed in York County Wednesday.
Merrill “Bud” Miller, of Dauphin County, who was previously the subject of a CBS 21 Investigates report, is facing charges in Dauphin and Lancaster counties.
