The Coalition to Protect Franklin County is organizing bus transportation to a prehearing conference in Harrisburg on Oct. 29, 2026.
The conference begins at 9 a.m. and will establish the schedule and procedures for the case moving forward, according to the coalition’s notice. Attendance is not required.
