A partnership between developer and builder HR Weaver and Duncannon-based Lindgren Craft Brewery is bringing 318 Clubhouse, a new pub restaurant and golf simulator venue, to Flightpath Sports Park in South Londonderry Township.
The space at 318 Taxiway Drive, Annville – formerly occupied by Bounce U and before that the Snitz Creek Tasting Room – is undergoing a major renovation now. If things go according to plan, 318 Clubhouse should open its doors by the holidays.
HR Weaver business manager Kristen Blouch said planning for the clubhouse began in May, with the goal of filling a need that hasn’t been met in the 110-acre development, home to In The Net, Paramount Sports Complex, Klick Lewis Arena, JBT Fieldhouse, and Gymnastics Center of Hershey, among other businesses.
Frequent host to weekend tournaments, In The Net has concession stands that sometimes can’t keep up with the volume, Blouch said, and even with food trucks brought in for reinforcement, there can still be unmet demand. But the healthy stream of out-of-state teams coming to compete in Annville on the weekends aren’t the only target customers…
