HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – The final recommendations on what to do with Harrisburg’s old William Penn High School are expected to be released tonight. At tonight’s meeting the task force co-facilitator, Sheila Dow-Ford, will present a powerpoint on the work and recommendations of the force, after six meetings since October.
