An 18-year-old man was found guilty of first-degree murder after killing a 16-year-old almost three years ago in York, authorities said. Alexis Cado-Suero, of York, was charged with criminal homicide at 15 years old after being accused of shooting and killing Tyree Smart,16, on Saturday, March 27, 2021, police said.
