(WHTM) – A York City man was found guilty of first-degree murder after shooting and killing another teen in 2021.
The York County District Attorney’s Office stated on Thursday that Alexis Cado-Suero, 18, of York City was found guilty of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by minor.
Cado-Suero was previously accused of shooting and killing Tyree Smart, 16, on March 27, 2021.
