A Harrisburg city councilwoman was charged with retail theft in Cumberland County. Ausha N. Green, 33, appeared last week for a preliminary hearing and was released on her own recognizance. She was charged Nov. 6 with a first-degree misdemeanor in connection with a reported theft of $387.22 worth of groceries from a Weis Markets grocery store in Lower Allen.
