HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) – A man has been arrested after driving a U-Haul van into the side of a home in Harrisburg. According to a press release, Tyrell Weaver, of Harrisburg, punched a citizen who was attempting to check on his wellbeing. Police say he was believed to be under the influence of drugs.
