Officers were called to the area for a multi-vehicle crash with a U-Haul van into a house, police said. After arriving officers saw that there was a total of four vehicles that were involved in the crash.

When a bystander went to check on Weaver, police said he punched him.

Weaver also allegedly tried to put the U-Haul into gear as officers approached the vehicle, but he was removed and detained.
