Pennsylvania lawmakers to introduce rape kit tracking system bill

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – Three Pennsylvania lawmakers say they plan to introduce a bill that would create an electronic system for tracking rape kits. State Representatives Brian Munroe (D-Bucks), Tim Brennan (D-Bucks), and Rep. Lisa A. Borowski (D-Delaware) say their planned bill would require electronic tracking of all sexual assault evidence collection kits.
