Genovera Mowen was forcibly removed from Angie’s Diner on S. Eisenhower Boulevard, around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, before police arrived, Lower Swatara Police said.
Mowen was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Harassment (Physically Strike), and Criminal Mischief. Mowen is presumed innocent until proven guilty by the courts.
