Man who robbed five local banks sentenced to 14 years in prison

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – A man who robbed banks in Adams, Cumberland, and York Counties was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Thursday. In 2021, 46-year-old James Henderson Bryant III of Westminster, Maryland robbed five banks – located in Hanover, Gettysburg, Spring Grove and Dillsburg – just months after he spent 13 years in state prison, according to a news release from United States Attorney Gerard M. Karam.
