DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. – A Highspire Borough police officer is being recognized for his exemplary conduct and exceptional professionalism in the face of danger. According to the Highspire Borough Police Department, Officer Troy Patrick Elhajj responded to a domestic dispute on Sept. 26, 2023, assisting the Borough of Steelton Police Department.
