PERRY COUNTY, Pa. – A Harrisburg man faces charges for allegedly robbing two Perry County men and threatening them with a gun. Pennsylvania State Police say that they were called out to a home in Rye Township around 2 p.m. on Feb. 11 for reports of a robbery. Investigation allegedly determined that Tottian Winston, 32, of Harrisburg, came to the house with several other people and robbed the victims.
