West Perry High School Principal Christopher Kasian is taking student feedback and engagement seriously. Kasian announced the creation of a student advisory team consisting of 40 members of the student body during the West Perry School Board Jan. 22 meeting. He explained teachers recommended students based on three criteria – honesty, respectfulness and compassion. Kasian said he hopes the board will help the district better engage with its students and open lines of communication.
