RED LION, Pa. – A York County teenager accused of killing a 12-year-old boy will be in court today to find out if he will still be charged as an adult. Nolan Grove is currently facing third-degree murder charges as an adult for the shooting death of Kain Heiland. Grove was only 13 when the shooting happened in April of 2023 in Red Lion.
