YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – A Red Lion man is being held in prison after he allegedly stabbed a 42-yeatr-old man late night. Joel McWilliams is accused of stabbing the man in the neck and cheek on the 300 block of 1st Ave. at 10:22 p.m. on Aug. 23.
