This fall this childless cat lady – formerly childless dog lady – will be supporting and voting for candidates who will claw back the rights she had for some 50 years. She will be trying to pay forward a debt she owes to the suffragettes who paved the way for her voting rights. She is trying to pay forward what she owes to her late father, her husband, and her brother who served in the nation’s armed forces in struggles against enemies foreign and domestic.
