MANHEIM TOWNSHIP, Pa. – Manheim Township police are searching for Katlynn Bush, who is accused of stealing cell phones from the Target on Fruitville Pike on Oct. 3. Surveillance video shows Bush, who’s from Mount Joy, and a man (who has not been identified) disabling theft-proof packaging on the phones before leaving the store, according to investigators.
