It took 10 years, but earlier this year Isnel Joseph followed his dreams and opened a restaurant. Inspired by the flavors of his native Haiti, he opened Five I Caribbean Haitian Restaurant at 2443 S. Front St. in Steelton. As a reminder of his success, Joseph posted a sign that reads “It was all a dream” in the restaurant.
