LEBANON, Pa. – One person was pronounced deceased at the scene of a Lebanon County motorcycle accident. On Oct. 18 around 9:15 p.m., the Lebanon City Police responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of 10th St. and Walnut Street in Lebanon. According to dispatch, the accident involved a motorcycle and a tractor-trailer.
