Over four pounds of heroin found during Dauphin County traffic stop, four arrested

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Police in Dauphin County apprehended four individuals allegedly driving with more than four pounds of kilos of heroin during a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.

According to Lower Paxton Township Police, officers recovered 4.25 lbs of heroin and several packages of marijuana during a routine traffic stop in the 5000 block of Jonestown Road at 12:45 a.m. on Wednesday.

Police identified the four occupants of the vehicle as Raydi Fabian-Lizardo, Joel Junes, Sandra Severino, and Demetrius Torres. Police say criminal activity was observed during the stop, leading officers to search the vehicle.

All four suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Dauphin County Booking Center for arraignment, per police.

The suspects failed to post the $150,000 bail and were remanded to Dauphin County Prison.
