HARRISBURG – The 64th annual Pennsylvania State 4-H Horse Show will gallop into town on Oct. 24, three days after another major horse show here ends. The state 4-H horse show, the final competition of the year for 4-H members in performance horse projects, will be held Oct. 24-27 in the state Farm Show Complex. Admission to the show and parking are free.
