CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA (WHTM) — This past week in the Midstate, we had a local Asian restaurant announce a new location, a new cigar & sports lounge opened its doors, and an independent bookstore made its official debut.
Freshido Bar & Kitchen
Earlier this week, the popular Asian eatery Freshido announced they would be opening a new location on Linglestown Road in Dauphin County. The new restaurant will differ from its other fast-casual establishments; this time it will be a “sit-down, upscale dining experience,” with a full bar service. The new location is expected to debut early next month.
Oscar’s Cigar & Sports Lounge
The newly renovated Oscar’s Cigar & Sports Lounge made its official debut in Lebanon County earlier this month. The new lounge offers a walk-in humidor with over 2,000 cigars, a VIP lounge area, a golf simulator, and nine flat screens. The lounge is open 7 days a week and can accommodate about 50 guests at a time.
Bookshelf Shenanigans
A new Independent bookstore, named Bookshelf Shenanigans just opened its doors on North Market Street in Elizabethtown. The new location offers a variety of book selections including but not limited to Children’s books, Young Adult selections, Adult Fiction, and Non-Fiction. The new store also has large print books for people with poor eyesight.
