ZIONS VIEW, Pa. – A crash was reported on Interstate 83 in Manchester Township Sunday evening. It was reported in the southbound lanes near mile marker 27. Emergency crews are responding to the scene. Minor injuries have been reported but have not been confirmed by WGAL at this time.
