(WHTM) — American flags are going up ahead of Monday, Veterans Day.
It takes work to get the display up. West York High School will have dozens of flags displayed by Monday.
Two teachers with lots of veterans in their families raised money to purchase the flags.

“We knew we’re super passionate about our vets in the community, my dad, other members who have served,” teacher Emily Corcoran said.
“Social studies dept. came through, we all planted the flags, its nice they think highly of out vets, and me as a vet and Emily’s dad as a vet,” teacher Yvette Ganoe said.
They raised $760 which equals 72 flags to fly outside West York High School.
