Kirchhoff surpassed 200 career points as District 3 champion Camp Hill threw a party, blowing out District 12 champion Julia R. Masterman with the rest of the cake’s candles, 7-0 in the PIAA Class 1A boys soccer quarterfinals at Governor Mifflin High School on Saturday.
