PERRY COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) – The Perry County District Attorney has ruled a police officer’s use of deadly force justified in the shooting of a Marysville man. Zachary Conroy, 41, was shot on Oct. 3 after allegedly injuring a Marysville Borough police officer who was called to handle a domestic incident near N. Enola Road.
