Plans to open the new Franklin Street Social were first announced back in July 2024 by Chef Ethan Greer, who is also the owner and operator of the popular smash-burger eatery called Greer’s Burger Garage.
Greer previously told abc27 news that the new two-story tall Franklin Street Social (formerly home to the Ebert Furniture Company) will boast 14,000 square feet of space and will have seating available for about 400 guests at a time.
The new food hall will boast a variety of food options such as pizza, Middle Eastern food, a burger garage with American-style cuisine, and more.
