Man seriously burned in Blue Mountain brush fire now charged with arson

LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A man who suffered serious burns in a Dauphin County brush fire is now charged with starting it. Video above: Headlines from WGAL News 8. “On November 8, 2024, the Lower Paxton Bureau of Police were dispatched for a brush fire on Blue Mountain above the intersection of Autumn Oaks Dr and Box Elder Ct. Upon arrival, LPBP Officers made contact with a burn victim, who was identified as Malcom Kellogg. Kellogg, who suffered severe burns to his upper body, was transported to a local hospital for treatment,” police said in a statement.
