Cumberland County police looking for suspect wearing cow hat in “udderly heinous high steak theft”

LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — Police in Cumberland County are looking for an attempted retail theft suspect wearing a cow pattern hat during an “udderly heinous high steak theft.”

Lower Allen Township Police responded to Dicks Sporting Goods at the Capital City Mall and learned a woman “moosied” around the store selecting clothing worth about $570. The clothes were stashed in a bag but were ditched after the woman saw someone call 911.

Police say the suspect “had gone to many other fields looking for greener pasture” and is connected to thefts at Forever 21, DSW, and H&M.
