DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Four neglected dogs, including one that later died, were found caged up with no access to food or water in a Dauphin County basement, according to charging documents.
Thomas Kreiser Jr., 42, of Williamstown, faces multiple felony animal cruelty charges after State Police allege he “failed to provide necessary sustenance and potable water for all four dogs for approximately one week,” according to the charges filed on Monday.
The dogs, four one-year-old pit bulls named — Brot — CJ, short for “Cookie Junior” — Moo Moo — and LJ, short for “Lex Junior” — were all in crates in the basement that had feces and urine all over the floor, the charges show.

State Police say they were called to the residence, located in the 700 block of Market Street, on Dec. 15, and spoke with a person who lived with Kreiser. They reported that he was not taking care of or feeding the dogs that were inside.
