YORK, Pa. – With the holidays coming to an end, families across south-central Pennsylvania will soon be moving their Christmas trees out of their living rooms. At the York County Resource Recovery Center in Manchester Township, people are encouraged to take the tinsel off the tree and turn it over for recycling.
