LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Two people are accused of running an illegal “speakeasy” operation in Lebanon County, according to State Police.
Court documents filed Tuesday by State Police’s Bureau of Liquor Enforcement show Mandy Spitler, 45, and Gino Vargas, 52, both of Lebanon, are accused of operating “an illegal after-hours speakeasy” along Cumberland Street in Lebanon City.
