Dover Area High School, 4500 Intermediate Ave. Dover, March 28. Pass. (2) Metal stem thermometer observed being stored in a sanitizing solution in between uses on the serving lines. Floor standing fan in the serving line area has accumulation of dust and in need of cleaning. Handwashing sink for the sandwich stating is not easily accessible by having to walk around ice cream cooler and a cold holding unit, employee needs to have easy access to all handwashing sinks. Rodent droppings observed in dish area behind door, in kitchen area by reverse osmoses system, at sandwich station in the electric panel door area. Please provided pest control reports to inspector by 4/3/25. Floor drains throughout the kitchen area are in need of cleaning…
