CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman in Lower Allen Township is facing charges after reportedly stealing hundreds of dollars worth of candles from a CVS in August of 2021.
Police say two women stole a total of 51 candles from a CVS location in the 1000 block of Carlisle Road around 7pm on August 28.
The candles were valued at $993.99, and the women allegedly hid them under car seats in their shopping carts…
