Dauphin County gunman ‘had woman by the hair’ before shooting toward officers: police

A 46-year-old man “had a woman by the hair” and was holding a gun before he fired a shot that buzzed over the heads of responding police officers in Derry Township, according to charging documents released Friday.

Frazier Matthews, of Steelton, was charged with firearms violations and disorderly conduct in connection with the early Thursday incident that shut down a major thoroughfare in Dauphin County for several hours.
