DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Dauphin County man was arrested Monday on attempted homicide and other charges after he allegedly strangled a woman to the point she passed out, and then would not let her call for help after she woke up, police said.
Aaron Armstrong, 20, of Harrisburg, is locked up in Dauphin County Prison with his bail denied on attempted homicide, intimidating witness/victim – refrain from report and strangulation charges, online court records show.
Lower Paxton Township Police said in the charges filed in Magisterial District Judge Wendy Grella’s Office, they were called to the 4000 block of Society Park Court Monday morning in Harrisburg for an assault that happened hours earlier.
