Harrisburg memorial honors gun violence victims, calls for legislative change

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — As the City of Harrisburg continues its fight against gun violence, the local chapter of Heeding God’s Call to End Gun Violence has installed a memorial on North Front Street to honor victims and advocate for change.

The memorial, which consists of around 50 T-shirts each representing a victim, serves as a stark reminder of the lives lost.
