A crash involving two overturned vehicles and a tractor-trailer that went off the road is causing delays along Interstate 81 north in Penn Township, Cumberland County Saturday.
Around 4:40 p.m., 911 dispatchers reported two passenger vehicles overturned near the off-ramp for a rest stop in the area of exit 37 for PA 233 – Newville, and a tractor-trailer went into the woods.
