Observed gaskets, in the produce department, on the two Beverage Air two door baine marie cooling units with build-up of dried fruit/vegetable debris and in need of cleaning. Observed coated metal shelving in the Traulsen two door baine marie cooling unit in the seafood department is rusted and missing coating. Shelving is in need of repair or replacement.
